"Oops! We Did It Again!" is a Fine Glitter Flake dip.
It starts with a super fine glitter base. It's an electric peach color with a Hot PInk/Fuchsia Reflective Quality in the Light. Then we mixed in an iridescent flake for super luxe efffect. "Oops! We Did It Again!" applies incredibly smoothly
