The Sirloin runs the length of the backbone from the forerib section to the rump, and we take it off the bone to slice into the best steak n chips steak! Probably the most well known steak there is, there aren't many recipes for sirloin as it's best enjoyed as it comes, which may be rare, medium or cooked through. Providing it's grassfed, you can't go far wrong.
